Vyacabs – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
1.2 By registering or using Vyacabs, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and verifiable.


2. User Accounts & Identity Verification

2.1 Users must provide accurate and verifiable personal information when creating an account.
2.2 Identity fraud, impersonation, or use of another person’s account is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details.
2.4 Any suspicious, unverifiable, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination without notice.


3. Booking Rules

3.1 Bookings must be made only for valid and lawful travel purposes.
3.2 Clients must be present at the pickup location:

  • Within 5 minutes for standard rides

  • Within 2 minutes for shared rides

3.3 Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in:

  • Penalty fees

  • Temporary or permanent account restrictions

3.4 Multiple simultaneous bookings by the same user are not allowed unless pre-approved by Vyacabs.


4. Driver Partner Responsibilities

4.1 Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and required permits.
4.2 Vehicles must meet all legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
4.3 Drivers agree to follow all traffic laws and maintain respectful behavior toward passengers.
4.4 Drivers may refuse service in situations involving safety risks or policy violations by the client.


5. Payments

5.1 Fares are calculated based on factors such as distance, time, and demand.
5.2 All trips must be paid using approved payment methods on the platform.
5.3 Chargeback attempts, fraudulent transactions, or non-payment will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Recovery of outstanding dues with penalty

  • Possible legal action

5.4 Surge pricing applies during peak hours and cannot be disputed.


6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation fees apply if:

  • A client cancels after a driver accepts the ride

  • A driver is already en route

6.2 Refunds (if applicable) are only issued for:

  • Verified service issues caused by Vyacabs or the driver

6.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of trip completion.
6.4 Drivers may cancel rides for safety concerns, technical issues, or policy violations.


7. Conduct, Safety & Compliance

7.1 Abuse, harassment, discrimination, or illegal behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Clients must:

  • Wear seat belts at all times

  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect

  • Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal substances in the vehicle

  • Not interfere with the driver during vehicle operation

7.3 Overloading the vehicle beyond legal capacity is not allowed.
7.4 Illegal activity during the ride is strictly forbidden.


8. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

  • Transport hazardous, banned, or unregistered items

  • Attempt to bypass pricing, routing, or authentication systems

  • Use bots, hacks, or any unauthorized software

  • Misuse or attempt to access restricted system data

Violation may result in permanent termination and legal action.


9. Lost & Found Policy

9.1 Vyacabs is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
9.2 Recovery of items is subject to driver availability.
9.3 A service or return fee may apply.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vyacabs platform—including text, logos, software, and graphics—is the property of Vyacabs and may not be copied or reused without written permission.


11. Privacy & Data Usage

11.1 Your data is processed according to the Vyacabs Privacy Policy.
11.2 By using the platform, you consent to data collection for:

  • Security

  • Billing

  • Service enhancement

11.3 Any misuse of platform data is grounds for termination.


12. Limitation of Liability

Vyacabs is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Personal belongings lost during rides

  • Behavior of other users or third-party partners

Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.


13. Termination

Vyacabs reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Restrict access

  • Enforce penalties

…without prior notice, especially in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.


14. Policy Updates

Vyacabs may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
