Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

Cancellation of ride by the customer within the free cancellation period as per our cancellation policy.

Service not provided due to driver unavailability or operational issues on our end.

Overcharging due to system error or duplicate payments.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Cancellation made after the free cancellation window.

No-show at pickup location.

Incomplete or incorrect information provided at the time of booking.

Partially availed services.

Refund Process
Once a refund request is verified and approved, the amount will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
