Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. VyaCabs offers a flexible cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for all our customers.

Free Cancellation

• You can cancel your ride for free up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
• Example: If your pickup is scheduled for 9:00 AM, cancel by 8:00 AM to avoid charges.

Late Cancellation

• Cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup will incur a 25% fee of the estimated fare.

No Show Policy

• If you do not show up at the pickup location and fail to notify us, it will be marked as a No-Show.
• 100% of the fare will be charged for No-Show cases.

How to Cancel

• Cancel directly from your booking dashboard.

Driver Allocation

• Cab & driver details are shared 30 minutes before the ride.
• Cancellations after driver assignment may incur partial charges.

Refunds

• Applicable refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
